Christopher Casey, a 56-year-old man from Upper Moreland, Pennsylvania, was recently sentenced to jail time after pleading guilty to involuntary manslaughter in the stabbing death of his neighbor, 62-year-old Robert Wallace. The tragic incident occurred following a dispute over loud snoring between the two neighbors.
Initially charged with third-degree murder, Casey accepted the plea deal and was sentenced to 11½ to 23 months in county jail, along with three years of probation. During the court proceedings, Casey expressed his remorse and apologized to the victim’s family, acknowledging the unfortunate outcome of their argument.
