Justin Timberlake’s driver’s license was suspended by a New York judge after a virtual court appearance on Long Island. Assistant District Attorney Ashley Cangro mentioned that new documents were filed on July 2 to rectify this issue. According to court documents, Timberlake was stopped by an officer in Sag Harbor around 12:30 a.m. while driving a BMW. The officer noticed signs of intoxication, including bloodshot and glassy eyes, alcohol on his breath, impaired speech, unsteadiness, and poor performance on sobriety tests.
Timberlake reportedly informed the officer that he had consumed one martini and was following friends home when he was arrested. As a result, he spent the night in custody at a police station before facing the legal consequences.
